Returns
If, for any reason, you decide to return your order, please email us at support@eficue.com within 15 days of receiving the product. Rest assured you will receive a full refund with no return shipping costs or additional expenses on your part. We take great pride in creating products that are truly accurate to the images, videos, and descriptions we provide. We want you to have complete confidence in your purchases. To that end, we kindly request that returns not be based on buyer's remorse. We are here to help you with any questions, concerns, or issues you may encounter.
Replacements
In instances where a product arrives damaged or defective, our team is ready to assist. Simply email us at support@eficue.com within 15 days of delivery, with a high-quality image or video displaying the issue, and we'll promptly issue a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event of lost or stolen packages, we offer two options to address the situation:
We can either issue a full refund for the entire order, or
We will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped out.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately. Due to the prompt processing of orders, the window for cancellation may be brief.
Please be aware that if your cancellation is successful, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged by our payment processor, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
